Perhaps you haven't had a particularly traumatizing experience, but you know that you haven't been feeling your best. Common problems we all experience from time to time include feeling sad and unmotivated, struggling with excessive worry, not knowing how to communicate our wants, needs, and feelings, and not being sure how to manage negative feelings without becoming overwhelmed.
You may also have symptoms that are consistent and severe enough to interfere with your daily life. In that case, you may receive a clinical diagnosis in order to help you understand what you're experiencing.
